SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (March 2, 2010) - The Board of Directors for Services Group of America, Inc. (SGA) has announced two changes to the board and one senior officer promotion.

Thomas J. Stewart will be named Chairman Emeritus. The Board announced that Stewart, the company’s founder, who died in a Feb. 14 crash of the corporate helicopter will hold the office of Chairman Emeritus in perpetuity.

The Board elected Slade A. Stewart, son of Thomas J. Stewart, as a director.

In further Board action, SGA President & COO Peter K. Smith was named President & CEO.
